Responsibilities

Provide leadership and ensure the committee fulfils its role in respect of governance of the association.
Welcome and involve other parents into the PTA.
Call and lead committee meetings, set agendas and take apologies.
Approve minutes.
Write Annual Report liaising with the Secretary.
Sign cheques for the PTA with 1 other elected member of the committee.
Communicate all aspects of PTA activity.

Responsibilities:

Deal with PTA mail.
Communicate meetings.
Prepare Agendas, with the Chair.
Record attendance at the meetings and take minutes.
Distribute the minutes within 1 week of the meeting.
Write the Annual Report, with the Chair.
Sign cheques for the PTA with 1 other elected committee member.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and detailed financial records.
Count and bank monies.
Manage banking.
Report on the current financial position at each committee meeting.
Draw up annual accounts and liaise with the independent examiner of accounts.
Prepare cheques.
Sign cheques with 1 other elected committee member.
Pay agreed expenses.
